Asia Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. Our team has more than 30 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry. We mainly represent US and European equipment for marine applications. Our core business is with yacht builders. However, we also have many commercial projects such as ferries, coast guard vessels and Navy vessels. Moreover, we also do after-sales service for marine projects in Pacific Asia.

Since the business of the shipbuilding industry fluctuates greatly, we have actively carried out diversified operations in the past ten years. Currently, the company’s main business can be divided into four categories:

1.Marine Application

It includes equipment required for new construction of various types of ships. In addition, its corresponding after-sales service is also included.

2.Renewable Energy

Onshore project management and EPC for maintenance and repair projects.

3.Corrosion Prevention Application

Repairing damaged coatings on wind turbines is very challenging. The processes of surface preparation, cleaning, multiple primers, film thickness measurement, and then apply top coating. Those procedures cost considerable time and money. Easy.Qote provides a quick repair solution. The surface preparation only requires St.2 plus basic wiping and cleaning, and then Easy.Qote’s anti-corrosion tape can be applied. Those products are approved by DNV and ABS.
For anti-corrosion applications of condensation pipelines, many technology industry production lines have gas delivery pipelines. Although they are covered with insulation layers, corrosion problems between the insulation layers and the pipelines cannot be avoided. CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) STOPAQ Tapes provide a very reliable solution on wet surfaces or in environment where repainting is not possible.

4.Aerospace

The GPU (ground power unit) can convert any input power into the voltage and frequency required by various aircraft, so that maintenance work can be carried out without starting the aircraft’s engine.

離岸風電陸域工程專案管理及EPC統包維修項目。

3.Corrosion Prevention防蝕應用

風力發電機上的塗裝受損修補往往是非常大的挑戰，光是表面處理，清潔，上多道底漆，測量膜厚，再上面漆等流程需耗時及巨資。Easy.Qote提供快速修補的解決方案，受損地方表面處理僅需St.2加上基本擦拭清潔，就可以貼上Easy.Qote的防蝕膠帶。其相關產品經DNV及ABS等船籍社認證。

冷凝管路的防蝕應用，許多科技業生產線都有氣體運送管路，雖然都有包覆保溫層，但始終無法避免保溫層於管路間的腐蝕問題CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation)STOPAQ的防蝕膠帶可在潮濕表面或無法重新施做油漆的環境中提供非常可靠的解決方案。

4.Aerospace航太

各類飛行器在地面進行維修保養時的地面電源車(GPU)。Ground Power Unit可以從市電轉換成各種飛行器所需之電壓及頻率，以達到不需啟動飛行器之發動機便可以進行其檢修工作。
